MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
No merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange without obtaining prior written authorization from Total Hardware US and/or its subsidiaries. This authorization must be obtained from customer service or customer advisors at the service counter. Only goods in their original unopened cartons and in resalable condition can be accepted for credit within 30 days of purchase. A handling charge of 15% of the returned merchandise will apply (with a minimum charge of $20). Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only goods previously authorized will be accepted for credit. We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns, which will then be returned at the customer's expense.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Merchandise ordered to buyer specifications are considered special orders
and are not eligible for return or cancellation.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
Total Hardware US and/or its subsidiaries do not accept responsibility
for damages incurred during transportation. All claims for damages must be
filed with the transportation company.
CLAIMS FOR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Claims for missing merchandise must be submitted in writing to our sales
offices within three (3) days of receipt of goods to be considered by Total
Hardware US and/or its subsidiaries.
UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS
Unauthorized modifications or alterations made to a product will void the
product guarantee. Such products cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
PROCEDURES
- Contact our internal sales offices or your sales representative.
- Obtain authorization for return, which will be provided or mailed to
you.
- Clearly label the return with the pre-authorized merchandise return
number, your customer number, and enclose the white copy or return
authorization.
- Upon receipt and verification of goods, a credit will be issued.
